ABOUT THE AWARDS Why #PayItForward?
There are two awards for paying it forward awarded each month for participating partner hospitals: The Top nDorser and the #PayItForward Leader.
This award is designed to challenge nDorse users to #payitforward. When one receives recognition from a colleague utilizing the #payitforward hashtag, the nDorsee is then challenged to show their appreciation for a fellow colleague, keeping the positivity going!
